Malibu Django Refund Policy

Our refund policy will help you to better understand the purchase and how we deal with your returns/refunds. 

General Return Policy 

The Consumable items including treats, supplements, enrichment feeders and pet bowls are non-returnable due to the fact that they are consumable products. The following return policy applies;

  • You can ask us for a return within the first 14 days after receiving your order.
  • The items you send back to us should be;
  1. Original
  2. Unused in condition with tags
  3. Packaging must be intact

Proof of purchase or the receipt will also be required.

Note: The same steps apply to the Items shipped to the EU.

Refund Processing

Our refund processing time varies. So, for better understanding take a look:

  • Credit Card - 10 business days to the same credit card or gift card.
  • Debit Card - 10 business days to the same debit card, gift card, or cash.
  • Refund Credit - 3 business days.
  • Gift Card - 3 business days to a Malibu Django gift card.

Non-Returnable Items

The list of non-returnable items is:

  • Perishable goods (food, treats, supplements)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids, or gasses
  • Gift cards are also not returnable

Exchanging the Items

We do offer an exchange of items. For this

  • You are bound to return the original item. 
  • Then, again place a new order of your choice. 
  • But to do this, you first have to wait for your “Return of the Item” to be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

To avoid any damage and incorrect items, the customer must have to inspect the parcel properly upon delivery. If any damage will be noticed, report it to us in written form at info@malibudjango.com
